NORTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas, Feb. 24, 2022 – Capt. Justin Nesloney, owner of TowBoatUS Port Aransas, Texas, has appointed Capt. Chris Cummins general manager of Nesloney’s newest location in the region, TowBoatUS North Padre Island.
