We understand the concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing anxiety and fear. Our priority is the health and safety of our customers, our employees, and the community. While we continue to monitor this situation closely, we're actively taking steps to make sure we're able to provide you with the service you need.

To better assist those impacted by the crisis, we are voluntarily pausing cancellation of coverage due to non-payment and policy expiration effective through May 31, 2020 or as directed by your state. We will continue to follow all directives and regulations issued by your state’s insurance regulatory body. We're dedicated to working with you to develop flexible payment plans and/or special payment plans once normal billing resumes. Our TowBoatUS dispatch center continues to be available 24/7. Our TowBoatUS national fleet is operational and ready to assist boaters across the country. With local and state guidelines changing from day to day, in an effort to keep our customers and captains safe, a few areas are limiting services.
The best way to summon on water assistance remains the TowBoatUS CONNECT feature within the BoatUS App. Using the App allows you to automatically get help, first with a text confirmation and then connecting via cell phone voice communications with the closest local towing captain.
The TowBoatUS towing fleet is committed to following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
