End User Agreement: As a condition of using the font tool on this page, I understand that the font tool contains, as a component, Font Software and that I am granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable right to use the font tool and its components only for "Internal Use" and for no other purposes, including but not limited to, further resale, sublicensing, or distribution. "Internal Use" means use only in the course of my customary and ordinary internal business or personal use. "Customer and ordinary internal business use" means, if I am an entity, use by me or my employees or my authorized agents for my customary and ordinary internal business, and if I am an individual, use by me or a member of my household for internal personal purposes. "Internal Use" shall occur when any such permitted individual is able to give commands (whether by keyboard or otherwise) from a remote location that are followed by the Font Software which is a component of the font tool.

I agree to notify all such employees, agents, and household members of the terms and conditions of this End User Agreement and they shall agree to be bound by it before such use. I understand I may not distribute any electronic document created with the font tool and containing the Font Software unless such Font Software is included in a static graphic image or in a format that permits the embedding of the Font Software solely for the viewing and printing (and not editing, altering, enhancing, or modifying) of such document. Font Software may not be embedded into a document which is distributed as a commercial product in exchange for a fee or other consideration.

I understand I may not (1) make alterations to or modifications of the Font Software, (2) extract the Font Software from the font tool or server, or (3) copy the Font Software from the font tool or the server. The grant of a license does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the font tool or its components except as specifically and expressly set forth herein. The font tool and the Font Software are protected under applicable copyright laws and the entities granting licenses claim the protection of those laws and reserve the right to terminate the license upon breach and, in the event of termination, licensees will be required to immediately cease all use of the font tool and Font Software, destroy the original and all copies of either in a licensee’s custody, possession, or control, and promptly certify that such destruction has taken place. All rights not expressly granted in this license and End User Agreement are reserved.
